Professional Liability Associate | New York (Hybrid) – Up to $225k Base

Location/Schedule: New York (Hybrid)

Base Salary: Up to $225k (plus performance incentives)

Practice: Professional Liability – Defense of attorneys, accountants, architects, engineers, and other professionals in malpractice, E&O, and related claims.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Defend professionals in malpractice, E&O, and disciplinary proceedings from intake through trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and expert-related documents.
• Prepare for and take depositions while coordinating with expert witnesses.
• Provide risk management advice and policy review to professional clients.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

• JD and active NY bar.
• 3–7+ years of professional liability or complex defense litigation experience.
