If you’re looking for a company that embraces the principles of respect, compassion and trust, please apply with us today!The Sr. Implementation Project Manager is responsible for working with internal and external clients during the integration of clients’ process and procedures with Harris and Harris’ collections systems. This role is responsible for the development, testing, implementation of all tasks associated with the collection system. This includes coordinating programming changes internally, externally with clients, and programming vendors.This position may include some client contact over the phone and/or in person visits which will require the candidate to be well-spoken, able to understand client needs, and suggest solutions.Location: Can be completely remote or hybrid if in Chicagoland area, will require travel to Chicago office if remoteSchedule: Regular business hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, must be able to work after hours and on weekends as needed.Salary: $70,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent on experienceAdditional Compensation and Benefits:At Harris & Harris, we truly care about each employee’s health, wellness, financial stability, and education. We are proud to offer each employee the following benefits:Medical and Dental insurances from premium providers401K with matchingCompany paid Accident and Disability Insurance, Long Term Disability Insurance, EAP, and Travel AssistanceTuition ReimbursementPaid Time OffAdditional benefits such as identity theft protection, flexible spending accounts, pre-tax commuter benefits, and more.Day to Day:Facilitate regular project team meetings with resources from both internal and client teamsEffectively communicate with clients and internal resources through regular progress reporting and conference calls to ensure client issues are resolved in a timely mannerManage project plan/checklist of required tasks to ensure adherence to the schedule and successfully complete implementations executing various corporate and high profile client projects as assignedAssign tasks to resources in various departments and closely monitor results to completionOversee multiple implementation projects in different stages simultaneouslyAsk probing questions to understand the needs and issues associated with the new implementationFollow established process to ensure that new implementations are tested and audited properlyManage the quality control of operational programs, results, and reporting for all clients in order to eliminate problems, mishaps, and increase client satisfactionTroubleshoot reported application issues and help facilitate resolution to aid in preventing issues going forwardPerform analysis, design, and testing of interfaces on custom programming applications (data, files, reports, statements)Work collaboratively with other IT individuals as needed for programming initiatives, changes to routines, file processing, strategies, letters, design elements, and other functions as related to client operationsCreate ad hoc reporting on demand and develop specifications to recurring reports for programming to help increase department productivity ensuring that reporting is accurate and pertinentCreate and execute test plans for newly-developed policies and procedures to ensure that all team members understand the correct process for completing their tasksEstablish and manage documentation for developed processes and oversee transition to IT operationsDocument and share details about new clients with internal departments via the standard Project Plan Summary templateLearn and become proficient in the CUBS collection systemWhat You Must Possess:Must Have:High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred3-5 years in technical or application support environmentAbility to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment within expected guidelines under limited supervision with excellent attention to detailDemonstrated experience with implementations and data transfersExcellent analytical, problem solving, time management and follow-up abilitiesEffective time management and organizational skillsMicrosoft Office experience specifically with ExcelPreferred Skills:Project management training/certification a plusSoftware application knowledge (troubleshooting) and working closely with software developers preferredCollections experience highly preferredCUBS collection application experience is a plusWhy Harris & Harris?Harris & Harris is a premier, full-service revenue recovery firm headquartered and founded in Chicago, IL.
