Your responsibilities: Provide tax consulting for our domestic and international subsidiaries Prepare, draft, and review corporate tax returns Build and consolidate in-house tax expertise to support and strengthen our corporate growth strategy Take responsibility for planning, managing, and advising our international subsidiaries on inter-jurisdictional border tax matters Participate in and lead national and international VAT projects Design and implement transfer pricing models, including their regular review and documentation Collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors Support auditors during tax audits Participate in the preparation of consolidated financial statements Develop an internal tax control system (ICS) What impresses us: Degree in economics or law, ideally with a focus on taxation Passing grade on tax advisor exam/ official certification as tax advisor Several years of professional experience in an international company or an international tax advisory firm Strong understanding for how taxes are interconnected to economic contexts and of their legal consequences Excellent knowledge of national and international tax law and transfer pricing Independent and structured work style Open-minded, friendly, communicative, and persuasive manner Fluency in business German and English, both in writing and speaking The work environment at Hetzner: At Hetzner Online, your tasks will be exciting, challenging, and varied.
