Location: Austin, TX, Onsite - 5 Days per Week

Employment Type: 12 Month Contract-to-Hire

We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to provide technical support for internal employees across multiple office locations. This role is responsible for resolving hardware, software, network, and end-user computing issues while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has experience supporting both Windows and Mac environments, managing end-user devices, and partnering with cross-functional IT teams to ensure a seamless technology experience.

This position requires a proactive, customer-focused professional who can troubleshoot complex technical issues, support technology rollouts, assist with onboarding new employees, and contribute to knowledge management initiative

• Provide Tier 2 support for end-user computing devices and serve as an escalation point for Tier 1 support teams.
• Respond to incidents and service requests through a ticketing system while meeting established SLAs.
• Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other endpoint technologies.
• Reimage computers and hard drives in accordance with company standards.
• Perform Move, Add, and Change (MAC) activities, including installations and decommissions.
• Install, configure, and support Windows operating systems, Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Office 365, browsers, and proprietary software.
• Support remote users, including VPN setup and troubleshooting.
• Provide user training and technical guidance to employees.
• Document troubleshooting processes, procedures, and resolutions.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles to improve self-service resources and operational efficiency.
• Support conference room technology and workplace technology initiatives.
• Partner with infrastructure, network, security, messaging, engineering, and business teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain asset inventory records and perform related administrative tasks.
• Participate in technology rollouts, upgrades, and special IT projects.
• Deliver world-class customer service to employees at all levels of the organization.

• Minimum of 2 years of Desktop Support, Help Desk, or Technical Support experience .
• Experience supporting both Windows and Mac operating systems .
• Experience with workstation setup, device refreshes, conference room technology support, and basic networking.
• Working knowledge of:
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Mobile device support
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work 100% onsite, 5 days per week .

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
