Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician to join our team in Flanders, NJ. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a crucial role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our team is committed to delivering high-quality care and support, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for making a difference.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ABA therapy and behavioral support to children with ASD in home and school settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our team of clinicians
• Collect and analyze data to assess progress and inform treatment decisions
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and support
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of session notes, progress reports, and billing information

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Experience working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
• Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday after 3pm
