Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner– Mental health facility (Outpatient)

cTrace Solutions is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Norwich, CT. This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and Sign on bonus.

Outpatient Clinic seeing on average 6-7 patients per day

Location: Norwich, CT

Compensation: $130 per hour (DOE) plus $200 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours a week)

Short-term contract 6 weeks

Key responsibilities:

• Conducts mental health and psychopharmacological assessments, formulates diagnoses, and provides appropriate treatment.
• Prescribes and manages psychotropic medications, including ordering and interpreting laboratory tests.
  
• Collaborates with medical and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, integrated patient care.
• Documents clinical encounters and participates in treatment planning, team meetings, and quality improvement activities while maintaining clinical competency.

• Connecticut Medical License
• Copy of Board Certification

• $130 per hour, based on experience
• $200 sign-on bonus and referral bonuses available
