Pediatrician - Surprise, AZ Shift Scheduling: Full-Time, Mon - Fri
We are seeking a Pediatrician who will be responsible for delivering high-quality primary care services to pediatric patients, with a strong focus on prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and health education. The ideal candidate will manage a wide range of clinical cases, promote overall wellness, and coordinate care through referrals when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care services
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Educate patients and families on health, wellness, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Follow established clinical protocols and quality standards
- Participate in on-call rotation as assigned
Quality & Compliance
- Adhere to all clinical guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer reviews
- Ensure accurate documentation for billing and compliance
Community Engagement
- Support community health initiatives and outreach programs
- Participate in health education events and local activities as needed
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited U.S. Pediatric Residency Program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Active Arizona Medical License (or ability to obtain)
- Valid DEA License & Current BLS certification
- Basic computer proficiency and EMR experience
