Why HHF is Different: Supportive team of Clinical Directors, peer BCBAs, and five Regional Directors of Quality who provide hands-on mentorship and case consultation Fully equipped clinics with sensory rooms, therapy tools, and gross motor rooms to bring treatment plans to life RBT Rise and Fellowship programs ensure RBTs are well-trained and aligned with clinical goals A collaborative clinical environment that fosters learning, growth, and shared problem-solving What You’ll Get: Total Annual Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000 Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 Bonus: Earn up to $20,000 annually Relocation Assistance: To ease expense of your transition Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and Paid Family Leave Career Growth: $500 CEU stipend and advancement through a clear clinical career ladder Ongoing Clinical Support: Dedicated mentorship and leadership backing for clinical success What You’ll Do: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism Manageable Caseload: Up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week (note: billable hours are not tied to pay) Work with children ages 2-18, most under age 6 Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines What You’ll Need: Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) State Licensure where required ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs) Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment Helping Hands Family Base Salary Range: $85,000 USD - $100,000 USD Helping Hands Family (HHF) is Great Place to Work Certified in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.
