Pharmacy Technician

Pharmacy TechnicianWe Are Looking For A Pharmacy Technician who will play a personal role within our community to ensure that our patients receive the medication and care that they need. This position will work under the direct supervision of a licensed Pharmacist to provide exceptional customer service while assisting patients and filling prescriptions which includes locating, dispensing, packaging, and labeling prescribed medication for patients.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in all aspects of the fulfillment process, including processing incoming prescriptions (via escribe, fax, phone-in, etc.), hand counting, labeling, managing robot fills, and bubble packingDevelop relationships with patients and suggest additional Sona services that may be beneficialAnswer incoming phone calls and communicate heavily with other team members, patient's, caregivers, community partners, and provider officesProvide hospitality to customers by assisting them with questions and offering Pharmacist consultations when appropriateResolve issues when they arise (i.e. patient questions, insurance rejections, etc.)RequirementsWhat will you need to succeed?Excel in a fast-paced pharmacy environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer service-oriented and highly organizedTeam playerCPhT license is a plus but not requiredPerksNot only are we committed to offering excellent company benefits, but we also have the added perk of working in a flexible, respectful, and supportive team environment.Competitive compensation and 401k plan with company matchGet paid when you need it by making any day payday!
