Senior IT Business Analyst (Oracle)

Job Title
Key Responsibilities:
- Discover opportunities to leverage information systems and technologies for enhancing business operations.
- Support and comprehend the business applications utilized on our systems, such as Oracle, Label printing (Loftware), EDI Processing, and custom applications.
- Create ad-hoc queries and code using SQL query language.
- Support the PC applications managed by the IT department, including MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Access, MS-Visual Basic, Central Desktop, and other implemented applications.
- Collaborate with different departments to design, develop, test, train, and implement improvements to existing applications/modules.

- Participate in projects and project teams as needed.
- Develop, train, utilize, and uphold application procedures for supported systems.
- Maintain current knowledge by attending relevant training classes and seminars.
- Aid in enhancing and documenting standards and practices related to IT general computer controls and procedures.
- Work alongside team members to provide exceptional support to customers.
Qualifications:
Skills and Knowledge:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in IT within an Oracle ERP/CRM/Financials environment in the automotive industry.
- Expertise in end-to-end business process flows in areas like order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, demand-to-build, financials, and planning.
- Preferably experienced with Oracle R12.2 upgrade and at least two full lifecycle Oracle Implementation projects in Oracle R12.2.x.
- Proficient in ad-hoc SQL queries and EBS application with a focus on Oracle R12.2.x.
- Familiarity with EDI transactions setup in Oracle for Customers and Suppliers.
- Knowledge of AIM Methodology and designing requirements for RICE.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge in relevant fields.

Physical Demands:
- Prolonged sitting at desk
- Continual computer work, including typing, mouse usage, and monitor viewing
- Occasional standing and walking
- Ability to lift desktop equipment weighing up to 40 lbs.

- Requirements for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and other as needed
