Responsibilities Engage actively with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences. Collaborate with our team to develop and execute personalized marketing strategies for property listings. Utilize lead generation systems to identify and connect with prospective buyers and sellers. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your sales techniques and market knowledge. Coordinate and conduct property showings, providing clients with detailed insights and guidance. Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients while maintaining professionalism. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Qualifications Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one. Experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred, but not required. Ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Proven track record of collaborating successfully within a team to achieve shared goals. Familiarity with lead generation systems and a willingness to learn and utilize new technologies.
