Job Summary/Description: WKYT is looking for a Creative Services Producer to join its award-winning Creative Services Team. This position will handle a variety of multimedia functions, including shooting and editing video for broadcast, streaming, and social media use, writing and conceptualizing projects, commercial and station promotions, and other station initiatives. Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Conceptualizing, writing, shooting, and editing compelling commercial work for broadcast and digital platforms, as well as promotions, social media campaigns, and show production. Detail-oriented, self-starter who can multitask to meet deadlines and work both independently as well as part of a team. Assist with community relations and station-sponsored events. Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements: 2-year degree in Marketing, Video Production, or equivalent experience in the field preferred. 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial or broadcast production is a plus. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products, composition, and design. Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop. Experience shooting on DSLR cameras, Blackmagic cameras, and other video equipment. Creative writing skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of production lighting techniques. Knowledge of social media production and platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) A Strong Reel Showing Your Work.
