We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Otolaryngologist to join our growing, well‑established private practice serving the Tidewater region. Our group practices the full scope of general ENT and provides care at a local 310‑bed community hospital as well as an ambulatory surgery center (ASC).

• Full-scope general ENT practice
\n
• In-office procedures including sinus procedures, balloon sinuplasty, and videostroboscopy
\n
• Partnership track with no buy-in
\n
• ASC ownership opportunity

• Light call schedule: approximately 4 days per month for ER/hospital consult coverage
\n
• Established infrastructure with complete audiology services (8 audiologists)
\n
• Robust allergy program with on-site testing and immunotherapy
