Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to residents as prescribed by physicians, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations

• Perform vital sign checks and monitor residents' medical conditions

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain a clean and organized medication cart and storage area

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience

• Demonstrate a commitment to resident-focused care and adhere to our facility's core values

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between facilities (if necessary)
