Responsibilities Include Answer incoming customer calls and respond to service requests Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently Educate customers about available services and solutions Recommend additional services that provide value based on customer needs Build trust through professional, consultative conversations Maintain accurate customer information and documentation Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Help support company growth through exceptional service and relationship building What We’re Looking For We're seeking someone who enjoys talking with people, is motivated by helping customers, and is comfortable recommending products and services that meet customer needs.
