Field Service Technician – CNC / Industrial MachineryPay: $75K-$105KSeeking field service technicians for immediate hire to support customers using advanced CNC and industrial machining equipment.Veterans strongly encouraged to apply.This is a hands-on electromechanical troubleshooting role ideal for candidates who enjoy travel, problem solving, customer interaction, and working on high-tech industrial equipment. Full training is provided for the right candidates. Most travel is Monday–Friday with technicians typically home on weekends.What you'll do:Travel to customer sites to diagnose and repair CNC and industrial machineryTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, control-system, and machine performance issuesPerform repairs, rebuilds, alignments, adjustments, and system testingRead and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, block diagrams, and technical documentationSupport customers remotely when troubleshooting can be completed by phoneDocument service activity, findings, repairs, and resolutionsCommunicate professionally with customers and internal support teamsWork independently while managing travel, service schedules, and customer needsRequired skills:Experience with hands-on electromechanical troubleshooting and repairAbility to use hand tools, electrical test equipment, and precision measurement toolsStrong customer service and communication skillsComfortable working in industrial manufacturing environmentsAbility to maintain a travel schedule and work overtime as neededValid driver's licenseExperience using voltmeters, multimeters, oscilloscopes, or other diagnostic equipmentPreferred (not required):Military technical experience or vocational/technical educationExperience troubleshooting CNC machinery, automation equipment, or industrial systemsAbility to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and mechanical drawingsBackground in manufacturing, machining, industrial maintenance, aerospace, semiconductor, military maintenance, or field service environmentsWhat makes this opportunity stand out:Competitive hourly pay + overtime + full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k)Advanced training industrial fabrication machineryLong-term career growth in a stable, high-demand industryVeteran-friendly company culture with strong employee retention
