Job Expectations
- Manage various sized projects from concept, fabrication, to final installation, ensuring successful execution and delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, field crews, office teams
- Create and review blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution
- Plan and coordinate project schedules, materials, equipment, and labor resources
- Lead pre-installation planning including site logistics, equipment needs, and crew readiness
- Oversee field operations, ensuring installation aligns with approved drawings and quality standards
- Manage crews and subcontractors, providing direction and maintaining productivity on-site
- Monitor project budgets, track performance, and identify inefficiencies early
- Identify, document, and manage change orders and scope adjustments
- Ensure all safety standards and OSHA requirements are enforced and documented
- Communicate project updates, issues, and solutions clearly across all teams
- Manage project closeout including punch lists, final inspections, and documentation
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong knowledge of miscellaneous metal fabrication, welding techniques, and materials
- AutoCAD experience (Required)
- Ability to create and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with ability to coordinate across teams and clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing demands
- Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven
- Reliable and punctual—ready to work on time every day

We have the ability to provide services from designing and drafting your ideas to fabricating and installing the finished product.
