Job Expectations

• Manage various sized projects from concept, fabrication, to final installation, ensuring successful execution and delivery
• Serve as the  primary point of contact between clients, field crews, office teams
• Create and review blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution
• Plan and coordinate project schedules, materials, equipment, and labor resources
• Lead pre-installation planning including site logistics, equipment needs, and crew readiness
• Oversee field operations, ensuring installation aligns with approved drawings and quality standards
• Manage crews and subcontractors, providing direction and maintaining productivity on-site
• Monitor project budgets, track performance, and identify inefficiencies early
• Identify, document, and manage  change orders and scope adjustments
• Ensure all  safety standards and OSHA requirements are enforced and documented
• Communicate project updates, issues, and solutions clearly across all teams
• Manage project closeout including punch lists, final inspections, and documentation

Requirements

• Valid  Driver’s License
• Proven experience in project management
• Strong knowledge of  miscellaneous metal fabrication, welding techniques, and materials
• AutoCAD experience (Required)
• Ability to create and interpret  blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong communication skills with ability to coordinate across teams and clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing demands
• Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven
• Reliable and punctual—ready to work on time every day
