18+ Month Contract | Virtual Role | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST

Our client is seeking a Sales Support Representative to provide customer and sales support within a professional medical device environment. This role will support sales teams, healthcare professionals, and internal departments by managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with procurement and order processes.

This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and supporting customers in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales teams, customers, and healthcare professionals
• Respond to customer questions in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
• Support sales activities by researching and providing information related to customer requests
• Enter and maintain cases within customer procurement systems to support purchase order processes
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and organizing customer and sales information
• Maintain customer pricing information and contract details within ERP systems
• Support inventory accuracy through proper billing, replenishment, and record management processes
• Track inventory shelf life and expiration information
• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Accounts Receivable, and Operations

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of related experience required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience supporting equipment contracts and service level agreements preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to solve problems and improve processes
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and formulas preferred
• Power BI experience is a plus
• Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce preferred
