Requirements:

• Active state license, certification, or credential, as required for your discipline
• Ability to meet all agency, state, and federal compliance requirements
• Prior home health experience preferred, but not required

Must Have: Valid healthcare or community care professional license or certification in Maryland (e.g., CNA, HHA)

Preferred: Experience with OASIS documentation, home health benchmarking, hospice care, psychiatric or stroke units, ortho trauma settings

Candidate Type: Traveler friendly – travel reimbursement available

• Provide compassionate care to patients in their homes and community environments, supporting diverse needs in accordance with care plans and scope of practice.
