Massage TherapistYour role:Consistently arrive at work on time each dayPresent a professional appearanceCommunicate clearly and politely with each clientCommunicate professionally and effectively with team members to avoid mistakes and promote morale.Perform massages & spa treatments bookedSet-up and tear-down and cleaning of massage roomYou must have:Graduated from an accredited massage school or have passed the National Certification exam for massage therapyMontana Massage licenseMassage InsuranceThe ability to commute to workThe ability to contribute to a high functioning teamWe start at 35% commission plus tips. After 1 year of employment we offer opportunities to graduate to 40% and ultimately 45% commission based on reliability and performance. All employees of the spa receive 65% off all services, and 35% off retail products. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to sign up for 401k and health insurance.Chico Hot Springs Resort and Day Spa is known for its down to earth mentality, welcoming atmosphere, and a flair of Western adventure.
