The position is highly visible and involves regular engagement with employees and leaders throughout the facility to implement, maintain, and continuously improve EHSS&S programs.Primary ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain EHSS&S programs to meet regulatory and company requirements.Conduct routine inspections of manufacturing areas and identify corrective actions.Partner with plant leadership and employees to promote safe work practices.Lead incident, injury, and near-miss investigations and track corrective actions.Develop, coordinate, and deliver EHS training programs.Manage environmental permits, compliance reporting, and recordkeeping activities.Support Process Safety Management (PSM) initiatives, risk assessments, and audits.Drive continuous improvement projects that enhance safety, compliance, and operational performance.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing, chemical processing, or industrial environment.Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, PSM, RMP, NFPA, and related regulatory requirements.Experience conducting audits, investigations, hazard assessments, and employee training.Authorization to work in the United States and ability to travel up to 10%.Preferred RequirementsASP, CSP, CHMM, CIH, or related professional certification.Experience supporting PSM-regulated operations and Process Hazard Analyses (PHA/HAZOP).Demonstrated project management experience leading compliance or safety initiatives.Experience with industrial hygiene programs, exposure assessments, and chemical management systems.#LI-MA1Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.The salary for this role is .In addition to your salary, H.B.
