Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our vibrant outpatient office in Morristown, NJ. As a full-time member of our team, you will benefit from a supportive and collaborative workplace culture that fosters professional growth. Our team consists of two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant, ensuring a close-knit, team-oriented approach to patient care. Scheduled work hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work-life structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their unique goals and needs in mobility and rehabilitation.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate diverse therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.
• Provide hands-on care, including manual therapy and exercise prescription, aimed at optimizing patient outcomes.
• Maintain a patient load of approximately one patient per hour, ensuring dedicated and focused interaction with each individual.
• Encourage patient adherence to treatment plans by providing motivation and practical strategies for recovery.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with health regulations, using EMR software such as WebPT.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including physicians and specialists to enhance the continuum of care for our patients.
• Analyze patient progress and outcomes regularly to make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

Our primary clientele consists of individuals with orthopedic issues, particularly those covered by private medical insurance. We focus on a diverse age range, treating patients recovering from surgery, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey with no disciplinary actions.
• Solid proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the implementation of therapeutic exercise programs.
• Familiarity with using electronic medical records (EMR) software such as WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly preferred.
• Demonstrable skill in developing comprehensive and innovative fitness and wellness programs for a variety of patients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining utmost quality and patient care standards.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary that ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, alongside a full benefits package designed to support your health and well-being.
