Assistant General Manager
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) has a key leadership role, responsible for supporting the General Manager with driving sales performance, operational excellence, and a world-class member experience. You will help lead and coach the team to ensure the gym hits its targets and maintains the high standards of the UFC GYM brand.

Key Responsibilities Team Support & Leadership: Daily management, training, ambassador. Sales & Growth: Lead production, goal achievement, promotions. Operations & Service: Member retention, club excellence, admin support.
Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role. Skills: Strong communication skills and proficiency in basic computer systems (Office/Google Workspace). Education: High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred. Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift between 50–120 lbs. Certifications: Current CPR/AED certification required; a nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.
