Are you the CNC pro who can program, set up, and run—without missing a tolerance?

If you thrive on turning complex prints into repeatable, high‑quality parts, you’ll fit right in. We’re expanding in Wellsville, NY and adding multiple CNC Process Programmers/Machinists who can flex across lathes, mills, multi‑axis, mill‑turn, and twin‑turret equipment.

Own the full process—from program creation and setup through operation and in‑process verification—while keeping equipment reliable and throughput strong.

• Week 1–2: Learn workflows, safety practices, and file transfer standards; review sample programs/fixtures.
• 30 days: Independently program and set up standard jobs; achieve first‑article approval to print.
• 90 days: Confidently manage changeovers across multiple machines; troubleshoot minor mechanical/fixturing issues quickly.

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Demonstrated skill in programming, setup, and operation .
• Experience with multiple machine types: CNC lathes, mills, multi‑axis, mill‑turn and/or twin‑turret.
• Comfort with shop math (feeds/speeds, metric conversions) and GD&T/blueprint interpretation.
• Proven ability to hold tight tolerances and meet surface finish requirements.
• Basic computer and file transfer skills.

• Leadership or supervisory exposure.
• Technical degree or machining certifications.
• Manual machining capability.
