State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA/CNA) – Day Shift (7AM–7PM)

Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts

Position Summary

Scarlet Oaks Assisted Living, part of the CCH Healthcare network, is seeking experienced and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs/CNAs) for our 7AM–7PM day shift .

In this role, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive and team-oriented environment, helping ensure comfort, dignity, and safety for our residents.

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Provide personal care and emotional support to residents

• Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff

• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful living environment

• Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed

• Document care accurately in accordance with facility policies

• Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team to deliver quality care

Qualifications

• Active Ohio STNA/CNA certification (required)

• Prior experience in assisted living or skilled nursing preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused

Schedule

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Full-time, 12-hour shifts

• Rotating weekends/holidays as needed
