Description Bartender - Seasonal Join Mountain View Country Club as a skilled and personable Bartender, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our members and guests. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards Greet members and guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stock levels and presentation Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to responsible alcohol service policies Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods Handle cash and process transactions accurately Follow all safety, health, and sanitation regulations Assist with setup and breakdown of the bar area as needed Requirements Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a private club or hospitality setting Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and beverage presentation Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Flexibility to work peak seasonal hours, including weekends and holidays Valid bartending license or certification as required by local regulations Professional appearance and positive attitude Our club fosters a welcoming, dynamic environment where team members are valued and growth is encouraged.
