Machine Operator Roll Former
We are currently hiring a Machine Operator Roll Former to support production in a fast-paced metal manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining roll forming machines used to shape metal products, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety throughout the process. The ideal candidate has hands-on manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain roll forming machines
- Read and interpret work orders and blueprints
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting and adjustments
- Conduct basic machine maintenance as needed
- Use hand tools and measurement instruments accurately
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
- Monitor production processes and report issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing or metalworking preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and work orders
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- High School Diploma preferred
- Bilingual (English or Spanish) preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
