The Role You will provide technical consulting services related to the investigation, assessment, testing, design review, and performance of building enclosure systems. Project responsibilities may include: Roofing and waterproofing evaluations Building enclosure assessments Air and water infiltration testing Roof condition surveys and asset management programs Facade and cladding investigations Leak investigations and forensic evaluations Construction observations and quality assurance Design review and peer review services Building envelope commissioning and field testing Client consultation and technical reporting This position offers a balance of field investigations, client interaction, and technical consulting, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both problem-solving and relationship-building.
