The Dog Bather is a fundamental position at Scenthound, offering quick and efficient services that meet Scenthound standards. This position requires strength to lift up to 70 pounds; stamina to stand for long periods of time; reliable transportation; and willingness to work in a smoke-free environment.

We are searching for a detail-oriented team member who has a passion for keeping dogs clean and healthy! A successful Dog Bather is resilient, perceptive, patient, adaptable, and a compassionate dog lover! We are looking for a motivated team member who wants to advance their career through our training path to become a Scenthound Groomer!

Tasks include cleaning and/or prepping dogs for grooming, according to the order ticket; bathing, blow drying, clipping/grinding nails, cleaning ears, brushing coat, cleaning teeth, expressing glands; identifying the dog's health indicators and inputting them into a S.C.E.N.T. Check app; working on a team to complete the services ordered; assisting others/asking others for assistance when needed to keep Scenter on schedule; ensuring the safety of dogs and team members at all times; adhering to Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practices; and performing other tasks and duties as assigned by the Scenter Manager.

Compensation: $13.50 - $18.00 per hour
