If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, and enjoy hands-on work with equipment, Green Bay Packaging offers a long-term career where you can build skills, stay active, and make an impact every day.Responsibilities Shift Utilities/Labor Pool employees are trained to safely do a variety of positions within our plant, including: Working within a team while assisting in the operation of manufacturing machinery Provide flexible support by providing coverage for vacancies across multiple departments throughout the mill Conducting quality checks Operating forklifts General plant operations Following Lock Out/Tag Out procedures General housekeeping duties Troubleshooting machine issues and making recommendations on the process You would work a 4 on 4 off 12-hour shift rotation, including days and nightsQualifications Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (2 days 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. followed by 2 nights 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., then 4 days off).Compensation & Benefits At Green Bay Packaging, we offer a competitive wage and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, life, and 401(k).
