About the Role

The Company is in need of a Vice President, Information Technology (VP, IT) to provide strategic leadership and execution for IT and security, aligning with corporate goals and driving major initiatives across all business areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for business analysis, enterprise applications, BI, network and infrastructure management, and leading the security function to ensure compliance with industry standards. The role demands a high-energy executive with the ability to collaborate and gain the confidence of stakeholders, and who can effectively present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sound business and technology judgment, and a consistent ability to deliver cost savings, efficiency improvements, and profitability enhancements. This role requires a professional with over 15 years' of progressive IT management and operations experience, particularly in the telecommunications and manufacturing sectors, and a proven track record in recruiting and mentoring diverse teams. The VP, IT will be expected to have a strong background in program management, vendor relations, and continuous improvement, and to possess excellent communication skills for engaging with senior management and internal customers. Applicants for the VP, IT position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for those with a business skill set. Experience in government-regulated security environments and a background in CMMC compliance are also highly valued. Responsibilities will include managing a combined onsite and remote team, so strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
