Based in Oak Brook, Illinois, the Heniff family of companies is North America’s premier leader in liquid bulk transportation services. We operate approximately 2,000 tractors and 5,000 trailers through our network of over 100 locations with expertise in chemical transport, food-grade transport, rail transloading, third-party logistics, ISO depot operations, equipment maintenance, and tank cleaning services.

Owner Operator Compensation:
- 68% Pump AND Air equipped
- 67% Pump OR Air equipped
- 65% Not Pump or Air equipped
- Detention Pay after 2 hours unload/offload
- Up to $10,000 Sign On Bonus Available
Additional Benefits for Owner Operators:
- 100% fuel surcharge passed on to Owner
- Hourly detention pay after 2 hours

- IL base plates available through deductions
To qualify with Heniff Transportation Systems, LLC., you must meet the following criteria:
- 1 year chemical tank experience
- Must meet all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a valid Class A Commercial Drivers License with Tank and Hazmat endorsements from state of residence
- Must have a TWIC card
- No more than 3 moving violations within the last 3 years and no more than 2 moving violations within the last 12 months
- No preventable DOT recordable crashes within the last year
- If you have a DOT recordable accident within the last three years you need to provide a police report regardless of fault.
No major traffic violations:
- Reckless/Careless driving in the last 5 years
- Driving while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs in the last 5 years
- Hit and run; leaving the scene of an accident or failure to report an accident in the last 5 years
- Excessive speeding as defined by the D.O.T.; any single offense for speed 15 mph or more above the posted speed limit in the last 3 years
- No seat belt violations within the past three years
- Using a cell phone or texting violations within the last three years
