Seasonal RN Position - ACU / PACU

Join our dynamic team as a Seasonal Registered Nurse in the Acute Care Unit / Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). As an RN in this role, you will be pivotal in providing high-quality care for patients post-procedure in a fast-paced environment. You will work alongside a collaborative team focused on advanced patient care in a variety of procedures.

Location: Englewood, CO

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 6A - 6:30P

Job Description: Manage patient care in the PACU, monitoring vital signs and recovery post-anesthesia. Administer medications and interventions as prescribed. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on post-procedure care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the EMR system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure: A minimum of 1-year current hospital PACU experience. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Preferred experience with pre and post-procedure patient care, EKG monitoring, and groin watch observations.
