What You’ll Do
- Execute menu items with consistency, speed, and quality
- Work multiple stations (wings, grill, apps, expo) with confidence
- Keep a clean, organized, and stocked station at all times
- Communicate with FOH and BOH to keep tickets flowing
- Step in wherever needed— team first, always

- Reliability and accountability (your team counts on you)
- Ability to stay focused and composed during busy rushes
- Willingness to learn every station
Kitchen Standards (Non-Negotiables)
- Show up on time and ready to work every shift
- Maintain a clean station throughout your shift—not just at close
- Complete all shift closing duties: stocked, cleaned, and ready for the next team
- Support the team during peak hours—no stepping away during rushes
