ARRT CT Tech Supervisor Full-Time | Day Shift **Up-To $25,000 Sign-On Bonus** MLR is seeking an experienced and skilled CT Tech Supervisor to join our New Jersey team. Qualifications for a CT Tech Supervisor:
Qualifications for a CT Tech Supervisor:
- NJ DEP License required.
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in CT imaging.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CT technologist, with demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of CT imaging procedures.
- 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the CT imaging department.
- Provide leadership and guidance to CT technologists, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices.
- Manage staffing schedules, workflow optimization, and resource allocation to maintain efficient departmental operations.
- Oversee quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
