What You Bring As An Assistant Community Manager 1-3+ years of experience in apartment or affordable housing management (LIHTC, HUD, RD preferred). Knowledge of leasing, compliance, marketing, or office administration. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; Yardi or similar software preferred).
