Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Adult Emergency Room care for a travel position in Rochester, NY. This role involves working in a state-of-the-art emergency department with a dynamic team, providing critical care to a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse ER (Adult)

• Administer IV therapy, including blood product administration and central line care
• Manage CPAP/BiPAP and ventilators
• Provide emergency care for CVA, neuro-trauma, spinal cord injuries, and TBI
• Perform cardiac monitoring and manage dysrhythmias
• Handle emergency care cases including gunshot wounds and ortho trauma
• Implement isolation precautions and conduct triage
• Provide care for pediatric spinal cord injuries
• Adapt to floating requirements within skillset

Requirements of the Registered Nurse ER (Adult)

• Active New York Single State RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• At least 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• EPIC charting experience required
