Avionics Engineer

Job Title: Avionics Engineer Duration: 16+ months Location: 100% Onsite, Fort Worth, TX 76155 Base pay range: $52.00/hr - $62.00/hr Top 3 to 5 skillsets / years of experience: Avionics Engineering – Systems Airbus Technical Documents knowledge – SB, Tech request, etc. Avionics System modifications / conversions Description: Looking for experienced engineers with avionics experience in Autopilot, Communication, Indication, Navigation, Information, etc. or related experience. Additionally, candidate will require experience in authoring, revising, and creating aircraft modification instructions, managing aircraft modification projects, and creating and approving one-time engineering deviations. Requirements: Candidate will require knowledge of CFRs, maintenance programs, WDM, AMM, IPC, FIM, TSM and CMM. Bachelor's in Engineering degree required or an Associates degree in Engineering with equivalent experience. Working with avionic systems and products, evaluating config and equipment that's present on an aircraft. Writing technical instructions, corrections to maintenance instructions. Airbus expertise highly preferred.
