Security Concierge OfficerNortheast Security is seeking Security Concierge Officers for premiere Class A buildings in Waltham.Pay Rate: $21.05/hourSchedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm Friday-Tuesday 3:00pm-11:00pmRole offers parking on-siteMust have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a 5-year driving record checkSecurity Concierge Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Concierge will be front facing and a direct representation for not only the building, but the clients that are in the building as well.Concierge will need to uphold the client's appearance and culture at all times along with making guests feel welcomed and approachable.Must keep a professional appearance.Must remain on post at all times.Positive phone demeanor and superior written and verbal communication skills are essentialMust have a service-oriented mindset and be capable of making every guest feel valuedEnsure timely notification of all serious incidents.Basic computer knowledgeMaintain effective communications with all assigned security personnel.Ensure that assigned security personnel are kept up-to-date on any modifications to procedures, policies, or regulations.Assume other duties as required by either Client or Northeast Security, IncSecurity Concierge Skills:Excellent customer service skills and service delivery orientationClient Management SkillsStrong Leadership skills.Strong attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to show responsibility and friendliness towards clients and residents.Strong professionalismAbility to solve conflict/problem solve.Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards.Must be able to multi-task and self-manage in a dynamic environment.Must be knowledgeable of all company policies and procedures.Maintain effective relationships with all levels of the company and client organizationsSecurity Concierge Requirements:Customer Service Experience required.Minimum of 1-year of Security experience required.Neat and professional appearanceDependable means of transportationAbility to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal)High School Diploma/GED EquivalentCandidates must also be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment background, and drug screenings.Valid Driver's License and clean driving record of three years or more is required.Must be at least 18 years of age.Education RequirementsHigh School DiplomaAdditional Information / Benefits401K/403b PlanDental InsurancePaid VacationPaid Sick DaysVision InsuranceMedical InsuranceThe following screenings are required:Education VerificationEmployment VerificationCriminal Background CheckDrug ScreenThe following shifts are available:Day shiftNight shiftWeekend shift
