Team Manager We are currently recruiting for Team Manager to join our dedicated Children in Care Team. About the Team As Team Manager, you will lead and support a team of social workers to deliver services of the highest quality. Ensure statutory duties and best practice are followed. Develop a team plan aligned with Children’s Services strategic objectives. Provide management oversight on all cases, with a clear understanding of risk. Manage the team’s workflow and quality- assure work through observations, reflective supervision and the quality assurance framework. Contribute to the development of the framework. Build positive relationships with colleagues within the service and partner agencies to support vulnerable children and young people across the county. About You Social Work England registration. A recognised qualification in Social Work. A full driving licence and willingness to drive. DBS clearance (Enhanced Adults and Children’s). Completed ASYE year (if qualified after 2012). Experience at a senior/advanced practitioner level, with or without previous line management experience.
