Texas Licensed Account Executive

Managing the full account lifecycle, the full-time Texas Licensed Account Executive will lead the execution and servicing of assigned accounts, ensuring successful placement, retention, and growth while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts from submission through binding, coordinating all required documentation and communications Partner with brokers and underwriters to solicit, quote, and maintain new and renewal business Negotiate coverage terms with carriers, including pricing, deductibles, enhancements, and exclusions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Progressive experience in wholesale insurance, brokerage, or underwriting support roles (typically 3+ years) Demonstrated experience managing accounts, marketing business, and supporting placement activities Active state insurance license required in applicable lines of business Strong understanding of insurance products, coverage structures, and market dynamics
