Wellness Nurse (LPN) | 255726

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support two senior living communities. Please Note: This role focuses on administrative wellness and oversight and does NOT involve direct patient care. Because of this, an active license in either Washington, D.C. OR Maryland is sufficient—you do not need both! Location: Split between Washington, D.C. & College Park, MD Pay Rate: $30.00 – $34.00 / hour Employment Type: Contract-to-hire (40 hours/week) Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Includes a 1-hour lunch break—enjoy weekends off!) You will split your 40-hour workweek between our Washington, D.C. and College Park, MD sites: Weekly Split: 3 days at one site / 2 days at the other (alternating each week). Conduct resident wellness assessments. Manage and oversee medication audits (MAR/TAR compliance). Collaborate closely with families, physicians, and care teams. Qualifications & Requirements: Licensure: Active LPN or LVN license in either Washington D.C. or Maryland (in good standing). Experience: 1+ years of experience in senior living or a clinical setting. Skills: Strong assessment capabilities, medication compliance expertise, and excellent communication skills.
