Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide specialized nursing care in emergency situations, ensuring rapid assessment and intervention. Collaborate with healthcare teams to stabilize patients and deliver high-quality emergency services.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions promptly to determine urgency and needs.
• Administer medications and treatments according to protocols.
• Monitor vital signs and observe patient responses continuously.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and families.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies, providing life-saving interventions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience working in an Emergency Room or acute care setting.
• Knowledge of emergency care procedures, protocols, and medical equipment.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situations.
• CPR and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
