Praxis Health is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our established team at Pendleton Urgent Care . While previous urgent care or emergency medicine experience is certainly valued, we recognize that great providers are also developed through the right environment, mentorship, and hands-on experience. We have the clinical resources and experienced providers in place to support a newly graduated FNP as they build confidence, strengthen their skills, and transition into independent practice.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certified Physician Assistant
• Eligible to obtain Oregon Physician Assistant licensure
• Experienced PAs and new graduates are both encouraged to apply

General Physical Requirements

• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
• The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch.
• The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Work Environment: Combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.

This position performs tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids and/or tissues. All employees performing these duties are offered the opportunity to receive the Hepatitis-B vaccination series.
