For more information, please visit What We DoEscrow Assistant | Eagle, Idaho Join our Eagle team and support an outstanding Escrow Officer in a fun, welcoming office with a strong team culture. In this role, you'll provide customer service and administrative support throughout the escrow closing process, primarily for residential transactions. You'll help keep closings organized and moving forward while working alongside teammates who support one another and take pride in delivering a great customer experience. This is an in-office position, five days per week, in Eagle, Idaho.
Essential Functions
- Performs wide range of administrative support duties requiring broad experience, skill and knowledge of organization and escrow policies and practices. Works independently to resolve a wide range of inquiries.
- Prepares documents for a wide range of transactions, such as closing statements, settlement statements, wraps, assignments, and mobile homes
- Creates and maintains files, records, reports; monitor and track workflow
- Responds to inquiries and gathers information to resolve issues
- Communicates information to responsible parties
- May train / provide guidance to less experienced team members
- May assist Escrow Offices with business development and customer service
Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
- Broad experience with escrow transactions
- Strong customer service skills
- Problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of MS Office suite
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
- Strong detail orientation
- Ability to analyze, compare, interpret and process data
- Strong knowledge of company and/or client operating systems
Typical Education
- High School diploma or equivalent
Typical Range of Experience
- 4+ years experience directly related experience
- Needs proficiency in more complicated residential transactions
