• Represent corporate and individual policyholders in complex insurance disputes, including bad faith denials and high-value claims such as toxic torts.
• Work at a leading firm with a strong reputation in business litigation and policyholder-side insurance recovery across California and the U.S.

• Litigate complex insurance coverage disputes on behalf of policyholders, including claims wrongfully denied by insurers.
• Handle all aspects of litigation — from coverage analysis and case strategy to depositions, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Opportunity to grow within the practice, with some cases currently being referred out due to staffing needs.
• Leverage your experience in federal and state courts to pursue administrative and judicial remedies for insurance recovery.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of litigation experience (ideally 5+), specifically in insurance coverage/recovery (policyholder side only).
• Located in the Los Angeles or Orange County area with the ability to work in a hybrid capacity.
• Strong litigation credentials and writing skills.
• Passion for representing the policyholder and fighting insurance carrier denials.

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary up to $300k depending on experience + discretionary bonus
