Product Manager
Product Managers at PEX play a vital role by leading the product development process. They own business requirement gathering and documentation, and manage specific product development efforts, assuring benchmarks are achieved and that the final output aligns with the overall product strategy. The Product Manager's mission is to dramatically increase user satisfaction and usage by designing and developing a superior user experience with compelling features and functionality. Experience with UX/UI design, coupled with a keen understanding of user behavior, is required. The Product Manager is also responsible for maintaining and distributing product documentation, including training and support materials. They are responsible for measuring the quality of product delivery and performance and resolving product issues. They should be comfortable interacting with customers to gather feedback and assemble use cases. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the Product Manager - Customer Experience drives our products to be user-centric, innovative and market leading.
