Multidisciplinary Coordinator - RN- Hematology Oncology

Employment Type: Full time. Shift: Day Shift. Responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of care for oncology patients. Provide patient education on disease management, pre‑ and post‑operative care, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy. Assist with procedures and perform patient triage. Manage symptoms related to disease, chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation. BLS certification (accredited by the American Heart Association) must be obtained prior to hire. Hematology/Oncology experience is essential.
