OVERVIEW
Supports the Creative Services team by executing design work across print and digital projects under the guidance of senior designers, helping bring ministry communications to life with clean, on-brand execution.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Executes design projects as assigned, working from creative direction provided by senior designers Produces layouts, templates, and design assets for print and digital communications Assists senior designers and the Sr. Graphic Designer with production tasks, including resizing, formatting, and file prep Prepares final art files for print and digital output, checking for accuracy before handoff Makes revisions to existing design files based on feedback from senior designers or department directors Maintains organized image and asset resource files Supports photo shoots and video productions as needed Participates in brainstorming and concepting sessions as part of the Creative Services team Stays current on design trends and tools relevant to ministry communications RequirementsIDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent portfolio experience. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Strong attention to detail and eagerness to grow design skills within a collaborative team environment.EXPECTATIONS
