The Bilingual Call Center Supervisor will oversee a medium-sized team of 6-15 agents, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality customer service in both English and Spanish. Reporting directly to the Call Center Manager, the supervisor will play a key role in team management, communication, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of 6-15 call center agents
• Facilitate effective bilingual communication in English and Spanish
• Resolve conflicts and escalate issues as necessary
• Monitor and ensure quality assurance standards are met

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in call center supervision
